At Solei Aesthetics, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at AT LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment as deposits are non-transferrable. No-shows may be charged a 20% of their scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other guests. If rescheduling is necessary, the late-cancellation policy may apply. All booking deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied toward the cost of your service. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when AT LEAST 24 hours’ notice is provided. We truly appreciate your commitment to arriving on time and providing proper notice if your plans change.
